Italian White Wines

Grossi Wines has also cherry-picked the best Italian white wines and brought them to the UK for our customers. There are Italian white wines made from red grapes, known as “bianchi di neri”, and Italian white wines made from local grape varieties, such as the Friulano grape variety, which is light and creamy and tastes of almonds.

Italian Red Wines

Italian red wines differ from any other in that there are so many unusual grape varieties to choose from. Our range of Italian red wines is unique and diverse, offering wines made from local grape varieties as well as more well-known wine such as Chianti or a Cabernet-Merlot. Another fascinating style of Italian red wines is the apassimento style, whereby the grapes are laid out or hung up to dry for anything from 3 weeks to six months. To learn more about Italian red wines please don’t hesitate to call us.

Club Vini Italiani are specialist importers of Italian wines from small, quality producers. Our range extends from Nebbiolo from Valtellina to crisp Grillo grown in Marsala, Sicily. All of our Italian wines are sourced from small, artisan producers who handpick the grapes and they are only available in the UK exclusively from us.
